What do I do if someone sends me a message and when I try to respond it says that her email hasn't been confirmed?! (Btw, hannahonelove...if you are reading this, I am talking about your email.) I don't want the her to think that I am just blowing her off. I really would like to talk to them. Please help!

she might not have permitted to let you see her online status on Messenger... but try to email her. If that dosen't work... Then try removing her completely out of your contact list and add her again.

Then follow the other advice below. if that doesn't work i'm sure she'll understand when you see her in person.
