And......you are not giving a choice so it is and.....Like it is between here AND there....it is between you AND me....there may be a few situations where or is suitable but I can't think of any....it is almost always AND.

I think it's (a). (b) is redunant. "between" already tells you that you're deciding between two objects; "or" does it again, and is therefore redundant. You could also say "choose either_or_".

both are acceptable. but i would chose B because if you are chosing between two nouns, then it should be an OR if only one will be correct it can't be both so don't say and
