It's very likely that you can get a cash advance on your ATM card, but it's probably not a good idea, even if it's allowed.
You should consult the terms and conditions that were sent with your card. If your card allows you to get a cash advance, your card agreement will tell you what the interest rate is for those kind of transactions. It's usually considerably higher than the rate charged for purchases.
Your card issuer will have sent you a PIN to use for drawing cash advances if your card does allow that kind of transaction.
Be careful!!!!

If the funds on the card are not drawn from a bank, then the answer is no. If you have the PIN number for the card then you could use it at an ATM for a cash advance, of course the interest is usually higher based on the terms and conditions of the company who provided the credit card to you.

NO!
An ATM card gives you direct access to your available funds.
If you need a cash advance, try the following, expensive methods:
Get a cash advance on your credit card. Take the card to your bank, and tell them you want a cash advance.
See if your bank has a direct deposit loan.
Go to a Payday Advance store, located next to the liquor store in a bad neighborhood.
