Cologne is always a good choice because then you can enjoy smelling him. Some good ones are Acqua Di Gio, Romance by Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, and I just recently got Very Sexy for Him by Victoria's Secret. My girlfriend loves Very Sexy and commented on it the first time I wore it.

if u really care this guy, i will recommend something which he will use every day. For example, colone. which is not too expensive, but he use every day. Then he will think about u every day. also, u are together just 6 months. it is not too necessary for u to buy something really expensive.

Keep your eyes and ears open. Does he hunt, fish, is he into cars, sports, computers, does he work out? Target one of his passions, let him know you are paying attention to what he's about. It will knock his socks off!
