Capital Boulevard gets pretty bad during rush hour. All of downtown Raleigh gets conjusted and there a lot of one way streets. But it still doesn't compare to the traffice here and the people are more patient. They don't drive like they are in a hurry and I didn't see a lot of quick, dump moves. I took a lot of back roads, but I was going to Rocky Mount everyday.

I-40 near RTP gets backed up for a few minutes each day, but there is hardly any traffic problems, unless there is an accident or a car breaks down. the "Rush" hour hear lasts about 1 hour.
