Wow, those are all beautiful songs... but I personally would probably go with the Nick Lachey song because I have heard both of the Shania Twain songs a lot at weddings.
I also think the song "I Swear" by All 4 One is beautiful, as well as the song "Here and Now" by Luther Vandross.

Another good one is "Truly, Madly, Deeply", by Savage Garden. A little more upbeat, but not too fast or loud.

I think John Micheal Montgomery sings I swear also, but not quite sure. If you would prefer the country version of I Swear then that would be a good one too.

For the first dance, try "When I Said I Do" by Clint Black. The beat is just right for that first dance, and the words and sentiment can't be beat.
