Some girls still see themselves as traditional when it comes to dating, If i wouldn't have made the first move on my husband we would still be waiting to do anything other than be friends. Some guys are just too shy to make the first move. Just do what comes naturally, if its going to slow for you make the move, if not let him make the first move.

Well, of course we don't ALWAYS have to. I'm really shy myself, it took the girl i like's sister to convince me that it would be ok if i asked her since she liked me. As for making the first move for kissing and what not, despite being younger she ended up being the first one to Kiss and she cuddled me before i put my arm around her.
