are you guys going out as bf&gf? if so, then yes, you can give her a surprise kiss...when it's a relaxing and casual moment..nothing serious. but make sure it's not a sloppy kiss...just a sweet touch on the lips. as for the "steps", if you want it to be a surprise one..then maybe you can ask her a thoughtful question and when she's just about to answer, lean in and give her a short but swt kiss =) hope this'll help ..good luck =)

How old are you? If you are going to do something as intimate as a kiss then you should be able to talk about it first and you can ask her, it's a choice you need to make together. If you make good decisions you reap rewards, if you make poor decisions you reap the consequences.

You will know when the time is right. Look for the signs. When she leans in towards you and gives you the look you will know . Just don't rush her she will let you know when the time is right just make the move she will stop you if she isn't ready.
