They already did this in Europe. Same foods: McDonalds, Doritos, Lays, ect. All made with NO trans-fat. Trans-fat is NOT natural, it is essentially a poison. Companies create foods as cheap as they can, thus American foods have trans-fat. If it is banned, foods will be healthier and so will the people.

I have a better question for you. Why don't they ban alcohol? Millions of Americans are murdered each year by alcoholism and it's health effects. More are added to the toll through drunken driving.

Trans-fats are nothing in comparison. Let's focus on what are problems of society when making laws and let people look after their own health. That is not an area that government should try to regulate.

Because if a fat a** like me wants to continue eating Mc Donalds, I will eat it not some health consious version of the food I want.

All of a sudden people are health consious and want everyone else to be. Well we already can't smoke in public, next y'all want our cheeseburgers and fries to be altered so they taste like dirt.

Go eat a rabbit food salad and leave our Mc Donald's food alone if u don't like it!!!!

Lays already have a version for you. It's called Baked Lays and tastes like rice cakes.
