Im epileptic and it wasnt being controlled with medicaion so the dr told me i needed surgery that was last march now after a hard year Im trying to get back on my feet basiclly i lost a year i had a restaurant basically i had a life and now i feel like no one ive seen a therapist ive been on deppression meds but the thing is yes im better but i feel like no one can depend on me

Start by believing in yourself. Just tell yourself that you will accomplish what you desire. Read some of Wayne Dyer's books. Join a support group of epileptics or depressives and find friends with similar problems.

you need to talk to therapist and go to self help groups and talk out your problems.. i do not know what possibly to say on here.. take one day at a time and stay on your meds.. if they do not seem to help then tell your doctor that.. try not to worry about tomorrow and think about today... find some things to do to get your mind off of your problems.. even if you do not want to do them try and find something to do...
