Lobster liver. It was disgusting.
I tried it in the middle of a high class restuarant and had to keep from spitting it out in front of guests. Never ever again.

probable the strangest nutrients i have eaten will be barbecued camel hump. i became contained in the middle East many years in the past (back contained in the days even as it became an exceedingly neat position to visit), and one among my Saudi Arabian acquaintances advised me that him and a number of his acquaintances were going to have a fish fry that following weekend, and invited me and yet another buddy. lengthy tale short, it became scrumptious, tasted plenty like beef, in person-friendly words somewhat stringy. do not comprehend if i'd eat it back, yet for the position and time, I beloved it!

The Cucumber Fish. Used to eat alot of fish on the island. It got a spiky shell that you have to open to get the meat out. Tough opening it up as a kid.

Fritada. Young goat (kid) killed with knife, the blood is drained out and captured to use in the stew as the gravy. The meat is cooked attached to some bone, but it comes out very tender. Considered delicacy, but I just can't bring myself to eat it.
