I would tell him yes on the condition that he answered the following questions correctly. 1. Does he have a regularly paying job/income? 2. Is he single (not separated on the verge of divorce)? 3. Does he have a criminal record? This last question shows what type of man he is. For example: I would never marry a sexual predator or murderer.

Say yes, those are the marriages which work best, I know through observing.

My oldest brother was one of those random persons you speak of, and he met a girl new her for only 15 minutes. and ask her if she would get married to him. they have been married for 25 years now.

I took a great deal of time trying to be careful, and my marriages both ended in divorce.

It depends on who the random person is. If it were, say, Jennifer Aniston, heck yes, I would accept!

But more likely I would have to send for the men in the white coats.

Tell them you are flattered but you think you'll wait to get to know them...
I actually had a guy ask me to marry him while he was playing a computer game....like, hey , we should get married...what d'ya think?? Needless to say I am still single ;)

I would say no. Marriage is very serious thing and its not very fun to go through a divorce. (been there returned the shirt) Its somthing you have to work at and want to do together and know that you want to spend the rest of your life together..kinda hard to do if you just met.

I would probably slap them and ask them what their problem is, but that's just the kind of person I am.
