Last July, I went to my local Wal*Mart and found these cherries. Only they weren't cherries. They were almost peach colored and very sweet. They did have a pit and I think the produce guy told me they were a peach-cherry cross. Does anybody know the name of any fruits like this?

Rainier cherries they look like they could be crossed with peaches but they are not they are very good and expensive
