i think so....i heard about this girl that excercises a lot, and its been about 6 months and she is still doing situps, with her hands behind her head..i cant even do them tha rite way, especially if i was at 6 months!!..so juss do wha u feel if its comfortable

yes any light exercise is great during pregnancy as long as your preg is a healthy one....your doc would tell you not tod certain things if he thought it mmay be risky
