I have been dating the love of my life for over a year now. but I fight with himn all the time! it started out nice, no arguments or fits, but the last 6 months or so i find anything to fight with him over! he does nothing and i blow up!! I dont know why but i do, its ruining our relationship!! my anger needs to get under control and i need help!! can you give me suggestions to help deal with issues or to find ways to get around an argument PLEASE!!!

OK,
A...remind yourself that whatever you're blowing up over is petty.
B...ask yourself if you will remember this in 10 years?
C...consider counseling. Things can be dealt with but with the absence of anger.
D...remember, you are human, so there is some reason why you "blow up" when you don't see any reason to. There must be some reason, or you wouldn't blow. Newer relationships are touchy to begin with anyway. You are learning each other's traits and behaviors, which may at times clash. Learn to work through the clashes and come to a reasonable conclusion. It takes work, but if it's meant to work out, it will.

Well I guess you just need to find out why you are so argumentative. I have been married for 35 years and have had many arguments / disagreements with my wife, that goes with any relationship. You just need to prioritize you issues. What is more important to you, the argument, winning or the relationship ? I know whats important to me that's why I always look for a way to loose graciously, head for a stalemate, or just plain change the subject. Most arguments are over really pety things anyway. The big issues should be discussions where you are trying to find common solutions to your common problems.
Arguments are more often greed based issues than not. Diccussions to solve your problems focus on a common good.
I hope to be happily married for many more years. I hope you have the same luck in your future.

Find out what or why you are getting angry. Everytime you feel angry, acknowledge it and try to understand for what reason. Is it needing attention? Is it really fear underneath the anger? Find the reason, which can be many reasons. When you understand that part, deal with the reason. Anger is a feeling, it is not who you are. You don't own the feeling part, it is not you just the feeling, but when you can understand why you feel the anger, deal with the reason why. You can resolve it when you realize why and talk with him why you get angry.

You can release your anger, of which is caused by tension, thru exercise. I would go and buy The Step. Walmart and Target sell it. Put The Step by your bed. Step up and down for 5-15 minutes when you wake up, and 5-15 minutes again before you go to bed.

There is other things you can do, but this will get you started.

waer a ruber band and when your pissed just hit it and it feels good or do yoga big fan
