I haven't made this for a long time but here goes but if I remember- this is the way I made it anyway. Make some milk with powdered milk in a medium sized pan, simmer it till luke warm, add to it half or one carton of bought yougurt , stir slowly. Turn off heat, when it is cool enough put in refridgerator. By next day it should be a pan full of yougurt. It is not easy as you have to make sure it doesn't curdle while on cooker. Best of luck and hope this helped a little.

I'm not sure but i like to get plain yogurt and chop fresh fruit in the blender and add it to the yogurt to make my own flavors.
