y estas invitado
y estas invitada (if female)
y estan invitadas (if bunch of girls)
y estan invitados (if a bunch of boys or mixed group)
now if you want it POLITE...
y esta invitado OR y esta usted invitado
y esta invitada OR y esta usted invitada
y estan ustedes invitadas
y estan ustedes invitados
spanish is long... and complex... some of the answers are not what you mean, but quite the opposite, a few have serious bad spelling and/or bad conjugation
if that is for a card, you could also consider
quedas cordialmente invitada
(singular, and if it is not a one girl, i would tell you to go with the masculin for all the guest)
quedas cordialmente invitado
quedan cordiamente invitados (plural general)

I am with Yak Rider. Like who the heck have you been talking to claiming they are Mestizos and Mestizas? Anyway, since the time Filipinos & Filipinas have widely travelled the world going back at the very least the late 1960s. There have been countless intermarriages between Europeans (Not just the Spanish) and other Westerners with Filipinos and Filipinas. So there should be many of them now that can claim that. At least one of my neighbors back when I was a toddler was like that. Now going back to the 300+ year reign of Spain in the Philippines, there are really numerous children born of FIlipina parents and Spanish "Insulares" if not "Peninsulares" so indeed up to today, there are a percentage of Filipinos who can claim they have a little bit of Spanish blood still running through their veins. Now for your information, during the over 100 years of Galleon Trade between Mexico and the Philippines, Spanish men , Mexicans and Filipinos travelled back and forth numerous times between the two countries and being sailors that long at sea (it was a long trip back in those days), it is not hard to imagine that they planted their seed at both ports. Now here is the clicher, there are numerous Mexican and Spanish sailors who decided to stay in the Philippines and they still have their heirs there. And there are numerous Filipino and Spanish sailors who decided also to stay in Mexico and they still have heirs there. Now I will let you think about that thought for a while. Great passion mi amigo.

informal: y estas invitado.
formal: y esta invitado.
literally, that is.
someone else put "and your (possesive) invited" and other person put "i invite you"
ps- I'm pretty certain you don't change it to invitada if its in reference to a girl. Invitar is a verb, not a noun and thus the changing of the letter has to do with conjugating not gender.
and to the mexican person who wrote 'eres' that is a form of the verb ser which means am/are but in the permanent form... it is only really used to describe that are constant such as gender, personality, and non-changing atributes. Ex: tu eres una mujer (you are a woman). estas feliz (you are happy- which is a changing emotion, hence estas).

one girl had it a little mixed up for the formal way to say
sorry. but its true
INFORMAL
y eres invitado a= and you are invited to
tu eres invitado a= you are invited to (informal)
eres invitado = youre invited (even more informal...like wen your talking 2 a friend)
FORMAL
usted eres invitado= youre invited ( formal-to someone who is of a higher place than you ...like your employer, or someone you want to impress,or someone who is an elder)
ustedes estan invitado a= plural form of above
hope this helps even though there are billions others like this
good luck :-)
