It won't happen right away...but here are my tips.
First, honestly answer this question : "Do I really have talent?"
If so, then audition for plays and musicals at your school. Partake in acting classes and workshops offered at schools and afterschool programs.
Sing in the choir at school. Join a county choir, church choir.
Get a voice teacher!
Harness your talent! But don't get an ego.
WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS BUILDING A RESUME!!!
Then when you do big auditions directors will see:
a) experience
b) passion!
c) roles you shined in and choruses you didn't quit in
It takes time and the best of stars (Selma Hayek, Meryl Streep, Johnny Depp...) struggled but belief in yourself will help you!
Good Luck!I

In a place in the future when your voice has actually matured and you've hired a really good agent for big money?
In other words, you don't. Sorry sweetie, but 12 year olds do not hit it big in the music business.

There are all sorts of opportunities. The best place to start would be checking listings in local papers or craigslist.com for open casting calls for people that fit this child's skills.
