i love the vw bus it was THE van of choice especially for hippies. penty of room to pimp out on, in, or with.

I loved the Thing when I was a kid.But now an early type 1 or one of the more unusual versions of the type 2 truck do it for me.
And of course a Kharmann Ghia convertable for nice days.

The Type 1 Karmann Ghia coupé is my favorite.
I prefer the later ones, with the higher front lamps, larger nostrils and larger rear lamps (borrowed from the Type 3 saloon/fastback I think).

we've owned basically approximately all of those at one time or yet another. We had a white element as quickly as. i actually enjoyed the element yet my husband did no longer so we bought it. i assume my popular is the classic malicious program 'sixty seven or till now. good now we very own a 'sixty two Doublecab, my 'sixty 4 Beetle, my husbands '60 Beetle and a pair of Buses that desire fixing up, they're the two early '60s fashions.

I like the thing but own an Vanagon. I am currently sinking my pay check into it to correct what the other owner failed to do. I love driving it.
