totally not funny! Didn't he even have the decency to look at the bite and give you something for it?

Now this is weird because I honestly just got home from the ER after getting a poisonous spider bite on my left thigh. The doctor didn't ask me out, but precribed four different medications for treatment, including ibuprofen, keflex, bactrim & vicodin.
If your question was serious, then no, it wasn't funny.

I don't know what your initial question was about spider bites. But I do know when spider bites you that area blows up like you got punched in the eye. The reason is because when a spider bites you it lays its eggs underneath your skin. That is why it gets puffy and inflamed.

Wow. If that's true, you need to report that guy like yeterday. In the meantime you obviously aren't in any immediate threat, but chronic complications can arise from the poison, so check these sites in regards to the bite.

that happen to me on the job, at the time i was working in a factory. i reported to the supervisor, and he said i most have bought it from home. theend of the day i ended in out patient, had to take a shot. later i found out fright was coming from over seas,thats how they got into the plant. it was some more people got bitten also.

Put meat tenderizer on the bite as soon as you can --make a paste. Also use cortisone on it.

wow...i guess medical help isnt what it used to be...u might want to try and go to another doctor, and this time you might want to make sure that it is either your oposite gender or that he/she is too old to ask you out. good luck.
