Considering that He is The Son of God and The True Messiah of the world, why would I disagree with any of his teachings?

I'd be an utter fool to disagree with Jesus' teachings. Why? First and foremost, Jesus is God. I'm a sinful man. It would be in my best interest to agree with Jesus.

Turn the other cheek. This allows evil to exist. If a man rapes your child, do you offer your other child?
Most Christians also disagree with this teaching, but they won't admit it. The support for the death penalty in the US is proof of this. It is the most flawed of Jesus' teachings.

Even if you're Atheist, the teachings of Jesus instruct man how to live in a righteous way. Even when I didn't believe in the Bible, I've loved Jesus, or the idea of him. Think about it.

I agree with the parts about loving your neighbor and stuff like that, and disagree with certain extremes like throwing people into hell for not believing in him.
But the truth is the teachings in the bible are not really the teachings of jesus, but from many other earlier religions.

Disbelief in Jesus isn't a matter of disagreeing - it's a matter of disbelief in him as God, or divine.
Gandhi was a pretty cool guy, I agree with many of his approaches, sayings, words of wisdom, and actions - but I don't think he's God. Just a decent human being that was born, and the died. I think of Jesus as pretty much the same - a decent guy, but equally human.

The part about "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through me." Aside from the notion of the existence of God, it's rather arrogant for someone to claim that the only way to be recognized as worthy by God is to follow his or her teachings. That's the stuff from which cults are made.

I completely agree with rt, on both subjects.
Gandhi was indeed a truly amazing human being, And so was Jesus, do I believe he was necessarily the messiah? no. I don't worship any God or man. But I do respect most of his teachings.
