Unfortunately people will do almost anything to get something for nothing. Companies will always send coupons or whatever because they want satisfied customers who will continue to buy their products.

Your friend has no morals when it comes to freebies. I love to get freebies but I never outright lie to get something. Companies will stop trying to please people who send email complaints if more people do this.

if it works it works, some companys will do things to keep ppl happy and if she is gettin freebys let her if they catch on they will stop sendin her stuff.
