Yes, we fast during Ramadan.
From just before daybreak until sunset, we do not eat or drink at all, we refrain from smoking and from sexual relations. Also, we refrain from bad language and arguing or fighting if possible.

I worked with a Muslim, and he did fast as far as I know. However, I think Ramadan is like a month long. So, I'm not sure if he really fasted for that long or not, but quite possibly, he may have! That's some endurance.

I'm not Muslim but I do know that they fast from sun rise to sun set during the month of Ramadan. I think that sex is under the same guidelines...

You can't have sex, eat any food, or tell a lie from sun up to sun down. Ramadan is a few months away this year its at the end of september. You can have sex and eat after the sun is down.

During sun-up to sun-down, but once the sun goes down, sex is permitted. So really, it's only for about half the day, not the entire month.

Yes we fast between sunrise and sunset each day of the month of Ramadan.
Sex is not allowed whilst fasting.

just chill out. keep your cool and do it now if you havent... cuz Ramadan is still a little far... Do good things in the only month that's for you.

during fasting time, yes. this is because the fasting person is spending the fasting time to worship God. however, after the sunset, sex is permissible.
