Ask with your own words, with a sincere heart. It might be embarrassing and nervous while you are doing it but you will be glad once you said it.

well first make sure she likes you, then just casually go up to her and ask her if she's intresed in you. then when she says yes, then just ask her out. its not hard you just have to control your sexual reflexes once in a while. ^.^ good luck
