My fiance believes that these one a day vitamins will make it so he can eat all the junk food he wants, can anyone point me in the right direction of a web site or trustworthy sources so I can show him that he still needs to eat a balanced diet

You are exactly right. A healthy diet, exercise, and One a Day Vitamins is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. Consult a doctor...

fitday.com is a free website that will give you professional advice. They offer a free membership. You can track your daily diet through this website. You can plug in what your fiance eats in a typical day and this site and it will show you what is lacking in his diet despite daily consumption of vitamins. Junk food contains empty calories. It does nothing for the body that is beneficial. Vitamins need to connect with nutritional rich food in order to be absorbed at their optimal level. Keep taking the vitamins and help him change his diet. Good for you for caring to help him this way.

Good luck!

SparkPeople....Nature Made...these are some sites that address nutrition. Another site is Austin Nutritional Research....it explains what all the nutrients do for your health. I should be explained that eating a lot of junk damages your body...search out sites on diabetes and heart disease.

If he is taking a one a day vitamin, it must be a time released vitamin. I hate to tell you or him this, but time release technology does not work. Depending on his metabolism, it may time release all at once or not at all. Here is a website that may help: www.shopherbalife.com/tfward

you are right and he is wrong.. actually a healthy diet and vitamins is good too.. but junk food he needs to throw out and only eat it very sparingly...so just tell him this or show it to him cause i know this is right....

Your right,he's wrong. But,I don't think he's going to listen to you.I think you should talk to one of his friend's.Get them to point this out to him. There's a better chance of him listening to a guy.
