Dirt Cake, it is so simple and delicious.
-1 package Oreo cookies, crumbled. Keep some aside for topping
-2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
-1 package cream cheese, softened
-1/2 stick butter
-2 and 1/2 cup milk
-1 cup powdered sugar
-8 oz tub Cool Whip
1. In 9 by 13 in dish, layer the bottom of pan with cookies.
2. Blend remaining ingredients (except remaining cookies) until smooth. Pour over cookies in pan.
3. Sprinkle remaining cookies on top, if serving immediately. Otherwise, top with cookies when serving, or else they get soft and soggy, and I like them to be crisp when I eat this scrumptious dessert.

were on weight watchers so all the deserts i make are very lo-cal
try jello brand sugar free fat free pudding - use non fat milk to make the pudding in a small bowl add about a half cup of any type of berries - top with pudding - them a nice dollop of fat free sugar free cool whip - actually doesn't taste lo-cal - if your not watching your weight use regular pudding - whole milk - regular cool whip
