Exodus 20: 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Because when we put the will of our desire before the will of God we always break this commandment, more so all other sins are in conflict with this commandment; therefore, any sin you commit has broken the first commandment.
God has given free will to us, in so doing we err as humans from the desire to lift ourselves to the status of God, we want to be in control, we want to be God, it is our nature to dishonor servitude; this is why penitence is a virtue.
Not to mention the fact that the 5+ billion people in the world who do not worship god, actively break this commandment all the time.

Aren't there 610 commandments? If i can choose 1 out of any 10 I would say worry is the sin people commit the most. God is so close to us yet we fail to notice Him because we are so involved with our worries.

It can't be the Sabbath one because you can only really break that once a week. It must be coveting your neighbor's stuff.
