on 6/6/06 at 1:40 PM i closed my heart to love no i can't love any guy till i hear "i love you" from him is that ok do that??? tell me what i should do

life without love is boring and like life of a machine or a robot. love can give u motive to live and to create and work.love can give u wings :) . u need love to survive in this lonely life.
but the problem is that there is nothing safe and without risk so when u love u bet every thing Ur happiness and getting Ur heart broken.
i think it worth all that. (isn't it)
so love as u'll never get heart broken

Perhaps, taking a break for a while to rediscover yourself is a
good idea, but don't stay out of the game forever.

First of all answer this do you love your self ? you can not love anyone unless you love your self also i think you should set standards when it comes to men because they will almost always disappoint you, if you love your self then your life is with love and im sure ther are others that love you dont always depend on the love of man it can take many years to find that or it can happen fast and it doesnt matter who says if 1st when you find that REAL love you will know and cant help but say it . i had a friend who was always looking for love she even tryed the opposite sex it did not work she was so blind to the real love right in front of her she always settled , she was used, abuse and they always lied to her . but then one day the who pretended to love her took her away from the people who really loved and i will never see her again , its ok to not have a man take time to love you and one day when your not looking he will be there ,i married my when i finally found him it took a very long time and very much heart ache but he found me

A life without love is no life at all.
Even if they do say "I love you", it doesn't mean you will be hurt-free for life. Things change, and people move apart. There will always be pain and sadness, but learn to love, savor, and remember the good times, and skip over the bad. You can never be happy if you never give someone a chance to love you :)
Love and relationships cause more pain than anything else in the human experience, but it also brings to greatest joy.

there's no life without love . it's hard to love a person who doesn't love u . but even this is better than not loving anybody.
if u r enjoying ur life ,u can wait till u hear "i love u" . if u can't just, try to find the guy of ur dreams and interact with him.

I dont think that its okay to do that, because in todays society where the majority of guys are stubborn they will not make the first move and tell you that they love you first.. I feel as if you should open your heart to that special someone that you feel that you are willing to take a chance on..

You should not close your life to love. I had no love for a long long time and it was not fun. I have someone who loves me now and I am very happy. Open your heart to him and perhaps he will say I love you.

Your only taking a defensive position to protect yourself from being hurt anymore because your not hearing those words you want to hear. Its not bad to do that but don't be heartless about it either. I believe you can care for someone without "loving" them. But your also buliding that wall, that he will eventually will see and ask you about it, and what are you going to say then?
