A bonding company. NOT a bail bondsman! Most insurance companies can issue surety bonds.

Just curious. Why is CA DMV asking for a $1000.00 bond?? That's rather odd...

Try calling a bail bondsman. If they dont do it, they surely will know someone who will... Bad Boys Bail Bonds is a good start - they are pretty cool peeps. Not that Ive had to be bailed out or anything...just business contacts....
