Is it normal 2 be really obsessed with ur 1st bf...
like totally "can't go a day without talking 2 him" obsessed.....
R guys bothered by this or flattered?? My bf doesen't seem 2 mind, but he does take advantage of it..

I am the same way, and me and my BF have been going out since oct. of 2005.
He doesn't seem to mind it at all.
Actually he tells me that he gets all excited when he sees my number on the caller ID.
I am pretty sure most guys are flattered, just as long as you don't call them every 10 minutes likes his ex-GF used to.
That just annoys them.
But Yhea.. I think it is totaly normal.
This is my 3rd boy friend and Im 13 and my other 2 were in like kinder garden and 1st grade ( But that doesnt matter )
And I call him like mad.
My days just see so boring without him
I really dont think you are obsessed with him.
you never know, You might be in love.

And my BF takes advantage of it too..

One really crapy thing is that he is campin with his dad, and I wont be able to talk to him for like a while...

I would think your age would have something to do with it. The way you feel at 13 and the way you feel at 23 will be different. If it does not bother him that you want to talk to him every day thats good cus he should also want to talk to you, But if he expects you to wait around at home for him to call while he's out running around then he is really taking advantage of you. Does he treat you with respect and care about your feelings or are you just a notch on his belt ? He can't take advantage of you unless you let him.

I don't know if it's "normal", but then again what is? I think my boyfriend and I are obsessed with each other. In fact I know we are because we've talked about it. We both go crazy if we go a day without talking to each other...which we've never done. We've been in a long distance relationship for over a year, and we've talked every day--and I mean EVERY day--for like at least an hour each day. So...yeah. Obsessed, probably. Happy, definitely!

Is it normal to be obsessed? yes. Personally, I find it flattering, but it can also be annoying. Letting him take advantage of it isn't really good for you though.

No, I don't think it's weird to be obsessed, i think that all teenagers go through that with their first relationship (well, the girls at least). I don't know if the guys are bothered by it but i would suggest not going overboard with it.

Try not to be too smothering, it can be a big turn-off and he will begin to think that you're high maintenance. It's not healthy to HAVE to talk and/or be together 24/7. Obsession is never healthy.

Normal-you'll outgrow it. Whether bothered or flattered depends on how the boy feels and his personality-some may feel a bit smothered.

i wouldnt no cos my first and only love lives abroad but we talk on a regular basis and we have been going out for 4 years
