Technically it is. According to Ad-Aware and Microsoft Defender, which are spyware removers. To uninstall go to Control Panel, and Add/Remove Programs. Find Smiley Central Toolbar or anything else thats relevant with Smiley Central. Then remove.

NO!!!!!!!! i downloaded it and nothing has happened at all. My friends said it would add $20 to the bill, and it didn't. Don't listen to other people. I've had Smily Central for almost a year now and my computer is F-I-N-E fine. It doesn't spy or ad stuff. If your so concerned then you can learn how to uninstall it on your own.

It is spy ware. To delete it you go to control panel on start and then you go to Add/Remove programs. you find something that has to do with smiley central and you press remove. Or if you have that spy ware warning thing that pops up on your desktop instead of pressing "continue what i was doing" press "scan and remove this program"
