What are your favorite things to have or make for breakfast? Why?

Bacon
Breakfast potatoes with chorizo
Croissants with Boysenberry preserves
Chopped Cantalope

My son loves it when I make this, lol...so do I.

I don't usually eat breakfast because I don't like breakfast food. But when I do eat breakfast it's usually the night before's left overs. Sometimes I'll eat a thing of yogurt. Usually it is just coffee for me.

Eggs Benedict, because it's what I had for breakfast at the airport restaurant the morning after my wedding before leaving for the honeymoon. I had never had it before that day, and I've only had it a few times since then, but it's very sentimental to me when I do.

I don't know about favorite but I like to take a piece of bread and using a drinking glass cut a hole in the middle of the bread.
Then butter the bread on both sides including the piece cut from center.
Place pieces of bread in a frying pan and break an egg in the hole in bread. Fry on both sides, remove from pan and eat.
Toast & fried egg made simple.

My homemade buttermilk waffles and turkey sausage or turkey bacon with white grapefruit juice. I rarely get to eat breakfast, so when I do, I like to treat myself:O)

love to make bacon, I have an easy to clean up receipe and it comes out great everytime. Nothing smells better then cooking bacon and if cooked right nothing tastes better with toast and coffee in the morning.
