sorry, how is their presence hurting you? in terms of intelligence in questions and answers, in don't think age has anything to do with it. in fact, many of the most ridiculous answers i've seen have come from middle-aged and almost-elderly men.
or maybe you're trying to morally safeguard their impressionable minds? you should realize that young people aren't actually as naive as some people seem to think they are.
