You can't be "cured". Just like it's not your choice whether you have blue eyes or brown, whether you're short or tall, etc., you can't choose your sexual orientation. If you're straight, you can't make yourself gay. If you're gay, you can't make yourself straight. You can try to hide it, of course, either way, and be miserable. But you are what you are. You can't be "cured" because it's not a disease.

I am sorry that people made you feel homosexuality is a disease. It isn't. You are who you are. Be happy with that. They should accept that and treat you like a person. They make think homosexuality is a sin, but think of all the sins they commit in the eyes of their God or in the eyes of all the other religions. Its just a matter of perspective. It just depends on what religion you subscribe to. People need to have respect for other peoples decisions. Especially since it isn't hurting anyone.

No, no, dear lost child. I am afraid that will not happen. First of all, homosexuality is not an illness at all. The sooner you discover that, the better off you will be. No one and nothing will ever change it because you didn't make yourself gay to begin with. Homosexuality is by NATURE - not by choice! Children do not become gay by being around gay people, no matter how many years they are around them! MY advice to you is to avoid ignorant, bigoted people. They are just filling your head with nonsense about homosexuality. Now get outta here and find yourself a gay lover before you make your life miserable and complicated with this christianity crap. It's not a disease. If you want to insult someone's religeon through sarcasm you may want to do a little bit more research. It is said in the bible that such an act is an abomination - not a disease cruel humanity said that and blamed the christians. it is also said in the bible that homsexuality is a demonic possesion - also, not a disease. not that it's my buisness, but you shouldn't be so worried about what other people think - do your thing, that's who you are, be it ^_^

Jesus already has healed you, all you need to do is accept him as your Lord and Savior. But hey listen, don't feel bad about your situation, you are God's child and he loves you. And I know you're being facetious when you said kids will get it too, my son has a lot of "gay" friends and it's totally cool. You choose your life on this earth and free to do what you want, just remember when it comes to the end, Jesus is waiting for you. It's all up to you.

Father, I lift this person up to you. You have seen every minute of this persons life.. You know all and You have been there through the good times and the hurtful times. You are the answer and You do want to help.. May this become evident to them...You are their deliverer and healer, if they so wish. All they have to do is ask and seek You. No human can cure you..but if you believe in God..and pray..then he surly can.Believing in God dosen't mean going to church..believing in God acturaly means to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.So pray and ask God.He will,and can help you,however,you need to make an effort too.

Jesus is the healer, and He gave us a free will. Until you accept His Love for you and repent of all sin you will not be free. True Christians don't hate you we love you and we just want you to be free to live as you were created to.

There is also a ministry that helps gays who WANT to live straight....Exodus Ministry.
They can help you and lead you to Christ and they can also get you counseling for your sarcastic attitude towards parents who just want to guard their children from sin.
