Swallowing *** doesn't make you sick. I think that myth originated from a common experience that people have when practicing oral sex. The girl will begin to suck the guy's dick, then he make semi-involuntary pelvic thrusts. This jams his penis into the girls throat and elicits the gag reflex. She vomits on him.
It's really an unpleasant experience for both partners. But the act of vomiting isn't caused by her swallowing *** , it's caused by having a dick jammed into the back of her throat.

Oh I heard Dr. Drew explain it like really thoroughly on Loveline once, but I kind of forgot what he said cuz he said so much. He was like trying to disprove this stupid article about how women can reduce breast cancer by eating that ****. yea. Dude you men have like the weirdest ways of trying to get a *******.
Anyway, Dr. Drew said sperm's like made up of proteins and irons or random **** like that or something. Wikipedia: "They include metal and salt ions, sugars, lipids, steroid hormones, enzymes, prostaglandin hormones, amino acids and basic amines." And basically when it goes down in your stomach, you just digest it.. Um.. according to wikipedia, there have also been ancient traditions where people would have to swallow semen, and they lived through that. But I think Dr. Drew did mention that if someone swallows TOO MUCH semen like it can mess you up or something. Forgot.

There are many factors to this question...And it really depends on you body....But even if the idea is a bit nasty...As long as the other person is clean 8 out 10 times you will not get sick...

You won't get sick, but you might get STDs or AIDs, which will SUCK because you SUCKed and you died.
I don't reccomend it anyways.
