shortly after the ring he asked me if we could have sex now that we were engaged and all. After that I told hom no not till were married, he started sheating & dumped me and told me to take the ring & do whatever with it. was he a fake to begin with? was that proposal a fake too?

the ring is cheap and meaningless, uR virginity priceless. the man is a bully and sadly this is not meant to hurt you but you seem to have low self esteem ~ WHY would you want a man you hardly ever see, who hits you, cheats on you and insults you with a cheap ring from kmart???
sell the ring or return to kmart and buy yourself one item to cheer yourself up ( maybe a nice top or handbag!) do not accept his calls if he should try MOVE on take time out to learn about yourself. firstly understand that you deserve so much better and never accept anything but total respect from a man. These kind of men who beat on woman are weak bulllies but they sense a woman who is vulnerable and lacks confidence in herself so if YOU don't get assertive and fast you'll find this is the type of men you will attract. talk to someone take assertiveness course, you do not need a man right now you need to build your self esteem up and only when you understand that any man who comes into your life is there to make it a better place for you and vice versa will you be ready to date. be selective and do some research on men who ask for your number and/or a date and NEVER tell a new man how you have allowed a man to hit on you. any time a man hits a woman its shame on him the second time its shame on HER sweetie you have to get real and take care of you and yes the ring was a cheap shot to get your virginity and BOOST his low self esteem also. "like attracts like" be careful. Kick his A** to the kerb and toughen up. never think this is your fault its not and there are good men out there so pick yourself up and hold your head high and be proud of you. anytime you sense a man is trying to control you dump him fast! life is too short for this kind of drama. be good to you. your not ready for a relationship but you will be and with the right man, be patient.

ummm... why did you agree to marry him??? he sounds like a loser. he cheats, beats, and ignores you. dont you want to marry someone that loves respects and honors you?? this dude aint it. GET AS FAR AWAY FROM HIM AS POSSIBLE... get a police report, restraining order, etc. it really doesnt matter how he proposed or the amount of the ring, it is his behavior and how he treats you... which seems like ****. you need to be put up on a pedistool ... treated like the QUEEN you are.

I think that he not only wants sex from you, but he also seems to think that it would be his right to continue abusing you if you were married. Stay away from this guy, and any guy, that abuses you in any way. NO ONE deserves to be treated like crap, disrespectfully. Don't let ANYONE disrespect you. You are worth more than that.
