The faster you lose it the faster you'll put it back on and usually more and yo-yo dieting is VERY BAD for your health.

Do it right ONCE and change your eating habits for your lifetime and you won't have to keep doing it.

WEIGHT WATCHERS! Pills are temporary and if they had one that REALLY worked do you think there would be so many fat people???

I know that this may have been said so often, but honestly the best way of loosing weight is by eating healthily and exercising regualrly. If you are wanting to loose weight quickly are you doing it for yourself and your own happiness or for another reason? I would be concerned about diet pills because im not sure if they do exactly what they suggest. I had a friend who used them too but her doctor said that some are just placebo's which dont work at all and are an expense in themselves.
The gym is an effective way of loosing weight as it is said that you can loose a significant amount of wieght after attending a few sessions and believe me attending can get addictive after you go a few times! It is also a brilliant de-stresser and can supress you hunger once you've finnished after going to regular sessions. But in order to keep the weight off you must stick to a calorie controlled diet where guidelines suggest that women should have a max amount of 2000 per day and men 2500 per day. So try and keep note of your calories per day and you should be fine, include fruit and veg too and leave out sugary or bad snacks between meals.
Loosing weight is more about a state of mind and changing bad habits which is why you should do it sensibly and not too quickly because the resluts will show so much more if you approach it in the right way.

I hope that this is helpful to you :)

Okay, this works, if you follow it, guaranteed. Best thing to do is to look up a site for Paul Mackenna or get his book or cd titled "I can make you thin". It encourages you to follow the way thin people think and act about food, versus fat people.

EAT WHAT YOU WANT
EAT WHEN YOU WANT
EAT SMALLER PORTIONS
DONT EAT IN FRONT OF THE TV
DONT DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE YOU EAT
LIMIT YOUR ALCOHOL INTAKE
SWAP FIZZY DRINKS FOR WATER OR LOW FAT VERSIONS
DRINK A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE EACH MEAL
PUT YOUR KNIFE AND FORK DOWN BETWEEN MOUTHFULS AND REALLY CHEW YOUR FOOD WELL, THINKING ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE EATING AND TASTING AND ENJOYING EVERY MOUTHFUL.
STOP WHEN YOU ARE FULL, NO MATTER WHAT IS LEFT ON YOUR PLATE.
IF YOU ARE STILL HUNGRY, WAIT TEN MINUTES, IF YOU'RE HUNGRY THEN, HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT, BUT FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES
DO SOME EXCERCISE, EVEN IF IT IS JUST GOING FOR A WALK.

Its more involved than that, which is why you really need the book or cd, but it really works, not only that, you are reprogramming your brain to think about food in a different way, and you will keep the weight off.

Most overweight people think about food all the time. Except when they are actually eating it. Then they tend to shovel it down without tasting it. This doesnt give enough time for the brain to signal to the stomach that it is full, so it becomes overloaded and stores fat.

Good luck.

It's not healthy to lose weight that quickly. A healthy rate is 1 pound per week. It might seem like it's taking forever, but if you lose 20 kg quickly, you'll probably end up getting it back plus more, which is what happens to most people that do that. You'll also get a bunch of stretch marks and loose skin.

As any GP will tell you you have to burn off more calories than you takein. So start exercising and the side effect is that you will feel much better anyway as well as losing weight. Just stop eating all the crap foods so often.
