1 1/2oz Vodka
1/2oz Chambord
1/2oz Sweet and Sour
Drink it on the rocks or as a shooter.
If you don't want to spend the money on Chambord, you can buy a cheap raspberry liqueur, although I don't think it taste as good.
You can also substitute flavored Vodkas for different variations.

1/2 oz Chambord, RAsberry Liqueur, 1/3 oz 7-Up, 1/3 oz Vodka - in a 1.5 oz shot glass. Shooter.
Highball Glass over ice: 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Blue Curaco, and 1 oz Cherry Juice or Grenadine and fill with Lemonade Mix on ice.
