Formalin (the stuff they use to preserve bodies for dissection) has got to be the worst smell I can remember...worse than the tripe my grandmother used to cook, worse even than Limburger cheese. It hit you the moment you walked into anatomy lab, and it seeped into your clothes, your hair, and everything. I took a lot of showers and did a lot of extra laundry the year I took anatomy & physiology in college!

Well ! I am not sure if you are asking about Perfumes !
I,ve smelt many a bad smells i my life i.e Dead Animals, Tanneries,Chemicals !
But the worst smell is the smell of a rotting human body.
it smells the worst I mean there is nothing which compares to it
So that would be perhaps the worst smell I have ever smelled. PHeew !

The chemical cyclooctadiene. Butyric acid isn't pleasant either (smells like rotten Parmesan).

A metalizer. It's heats up and burns zinc onto metal during galvanization. It smells like burning rotten broccoli.

I was in the bathroom at a bar. This nasty local bar whore was in the next stall. As soon as she dropped her drawers and sat down the whole bathroom smelled like rotten pu**y!!!!!!

my dog when he was covered in tomato juice trying to get rid of the skunk smell so he smells like a wet skunk tomato dog

ugh! the pure thought of it makes me sick! i was cleaning the restroom. i saw a cup and reached for it to wash it. i saw what was in there and -ugh! the cup was full of s***! i immeadiately dumped what was inside on the toilet..then i ran ouside to vomit. it was so nasty...the smell! and till this day i still dont who did it.
