the first two sentences through you off but actually contain the ohrase you are looking for.....there are three words in "the enchlish language"...these word aren't telling you that you have to scan the entire english language....but telling you that there are three words in that phrase...
1. The
2. English
3. Language
what's the third word.....language

or you can look at it like the other guy did and take hu out of the phrase and then add gry and the same with an from angry...which would leave the only other alternative of taking the i and the g and making it into iggry...but i think you'll find the first one to be right.

The answer is Hungry. It is the third word in the sentence listing "hungry and angry" as two of the words, but if you want to get technical, there are many words in the English language that end in GRY. For example mawgry, iggry, or simply gry. Gry is a noun that is used to describe a small unit of measurement.

GRY - begins & ends with "GRY"

There can be lots of answers to this question, one is the one that I just gave, also "one" can be an answer, and "language" can be an answer, among others. Also, you kinda asked the riddle a little weird.... anyway, check it out below:

The answer is "language." You are only supposed to focus on the phrase "the english language." There are other presumed solutions to this riddle, but even if you apply those, this is the only one that makes sense!!
