How would you spell the name Meah. My husband says it's Mia and I think it's obviously Meah.

If I saw the word "meah" I would pronounce it like "yeah". It's definitely Mia!

"Meah" looks like "yeah". Does that give you a hint? Spell the name however you'd like and let people deal with it. If you're interested in making the child suffer with a name no one can correctly pronounce on the first try, you got it down. It's a real curse during grade school when the teachers mess up their names on the first day. It's a great first impression to correct your teacher. My name is Janson. If you want to use the name Mia as in Mee-uh I would spell it Mia not Meah just so people won't be constantly taking a double take to make sure they are saying it right her whole life.

i love that name by the way! i would spell it Mia but Meah is unique so its really up to you...my first preg if i would of had a girl her name would of been Ryleigh and i made that spelling up because i thought it was pretty!
