Explain to a person who was blind all there life what a color (EXAMPLE : Green) looks like?
(This doesnt apply to anyone I know, it just always made me think)

This may be of little or no help but all I could think of after reading this question was the scene in "Mask" (the 80's flick with Cher). The character with an odd face is dating a blind girl and he gets a bunch of stones. He hands her a cold one, and says "this is blue" then hands her a hot one and says "this is red." For other colors like green and yellow, I would use sent. Like a glade plug in that smelled like spring.

All color truly does is describe something to our eyes. Since they cannot see, you must find a way to describe it to one of there other senses. Maybe white is a feather; maybe purple is a flower...

I don't believe that it can be done. Its like trying to explain what love feels like if you've never been a party to it.
