Everything was as great. I pulled him aside and gave him his birthday present. I dont think ive ever seen a bigger smile on his face. He even look stunned that i even got him something. We woke up in the morning everything was still fine his kissed me goodbye and told me he will see me tonite. I called him no answer, texted him, no answer. Its been a week now since his party .... what does this mean?? Does it mean he wants to be done... or did i scare him or was he using me or what? Also to add... I am really close to his family so I pretty much know everything about him and what he does. I work for his older brother. I know that he got really hurt from his highschool girlfriend, she cheated on him a lot so he has no trust for someone. He also lives an hour away from me and works a full time job almost 11 hours a day mon-friday. But he would come down and spend all weekend everyweekend with me.

One of 3 things happened:
1. He has been very busy all week and not had time to call you back.
2. He got what he wanted and wants to end it.
3. He has been abducted.
For your sake, I hope #1 is correct. :)

It's really hard to know what is in another person's mind.
Was he shocked, by your gift, I'm asuming it was sex. Did you go overboard, with your sexual gifts, and it was something he wasn't expecting to happen.
He may have thought, that you were pure as the driven snow, and saw that you weren't and knew more about sex than he did, or thought you should know.
He didn't have much choice, but to stay the night, and kiss you next morning. He was probably, trying to fathom what had happened that night.
He may still be thinking things over in his mind. With his schedule, who can tell why he hasn't answered your texts and calls. He just may not, be able to articulate his feeling as yet.
See if you can't get his brother to sound him out, see what is wrong.
Hopefully, your boyfriend, has just been too busy, but that sounds a bit farfetched to me.
I hope I am wrong, but I can't think of much else to explain his behavior.

this is a hard one. It's weird that he hasn't called and i would think he was using but you've been together for 3 months and that is a lot of time to just use someone for a birthday present. Also if you have mutual friends... so maybe he is a little freaked out, I wouldn't call him. Let him come to you and if not, no biggie you've only invested 3 months.

Could be so many different things, it is really hard to tell. If you are so close to his family, can they give you any clue? That may be your best bet to get some info - if you keep pursuing him, you might scare him away - maybe the fact that you got him something, scared him a little and now he doesn't know what to do.

And they say girls are complicated.
Give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's been busy all week. But, if he doesn't call you back within the next couple of days, I would say it's over or he's cheating on you. If he tries to call you after two weeks or something, he better have a damn good excuse.
Feel for you, babe.

I think you should give him the benefit of the doubt. He could be busy or maybe his phone is giving him troubles. Perhaps you could ask his older brother to call and find out the deal for you.

If your close to his family and pretty much know everything about him and what he does then why don't you know what he's been doing all week not calling you. That is messed up of him to leave you hanging for a week. Ditch him. He doesn't respect you.

he got just what he wanted. A present from you. Some hot action from you. What more does he need now? I suspect you've been suckered.
Nice to know that it only takes three months for you to put out. *Sigh*...and women wonder why their reputation is ruined.

Maybe he realized after you gave him a gift that you two are becoming more than casual, dare i say a couple? someone with that much baggage isnt worth it, you deserve to have someone with a clean slate and not pay for his ex-girlfriends mistakes.
