Heat up a cup o heavy cream and add the hot cream to 1/2 lb choc chips and 1Tablespoon of unsalted butter. This is called Chocolate ganache. It can be used as a fondue. Serve with chunks of fruit or even to pour over a cake as a frosting. If you cool it down overnight in the frig you can whip it up add a little heavy cream and you have chocolate whip cream.

Jell-O Instant Cheesecake, you would just need to add chocolate chips to it.
You can buy the graham cracker crust for about $2.
Quick, easy, cost effective & delicious.

Pour them into a bowl, microwave until melted, dip in strawberries, cookies, dried apricots or what ever else you have a craving for...... Let excess chocolate drip off and then set on waxed paper until dry. Store in refrigerator.... can't get any easier or elegant than that!
