Okay so there is this girl I like that i work with at a pool during the summer and we recently hooked up, but I never saw this coming and now things are so awkward between us. what am i suppossed to do? act like nothing happened or take the chance and how? please give me some advice, i need help

alright wat i am saying is that its extremely awkward between us rite now because we work together and have always just been friends through work then one nite i hang out with her and we hook up so its weird

Definitely don't act like nothing happened. Maybe invite her for coffee, sodas, cocktail (not sure how old you are) after work one day and just be yourself. I'm sure the topic will come up and you guys can talk about it.

Take the chance, whats the worse that could happen? Things could get awkward?? Well they're awkward already so you basically have nothing to lose. Also if you really like this girl and want it to go somewhere, you have to take the chance, you'll always wonder "what if" if you dont. And the fact that you guys hooked up shows that theres a chance that she likes you too, and maybe the reason that its awkward now is because she thinks you dont feel the same, and you think she doesnt feel the same. Its the typical scenario of lack of communication. Take the chance. As James Dean once said: "Dream as if you'll live forever, and live as if you'll die today." Good luck

Depends on the situation, if you two are committed already with your own partners, then quit it. If not, then depends again how you treat what happened between the two of you. If it's just a one night stand then don't expect something out of it. But if you two start feel something for each other, then go talk to her, be a man and start all over.

i take it you had relations am i right? if so as long as she is willing be a man and be her friend. especially since you said you liked her anyway. I'm wondering how old you two are? are you old enough to take on the responsibilities that come along by chance or did you use protection? you may feel awkward that will soon pass. be yourself and act as you did before that happened. she most likely feels the same way. it will all work itself out. its called time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to act on it.
Take a chance, get your feet wet and undo the awkwardness.
If she say's no, look at it this way, summer is only two months.
Then again, if you ask her out, it could be the best two months ever!
