Yes, i had a beagle that did something similar to that and the vet said it was perfectly normal!

Many dogs lose their "puppy coat". It is usually lighter in color and softer to the touch. You may notice older dogs getting white around the muzzle as they reach "senior" age. Color change can also be triggered by diet, hormones, or traumatic events.

Some dogs do have a bit of color change as they grow older, yes. As long as the skin and hair look healthy, your puppy should be fine.

This happens. I have a Jack Russell who only had black spots when we got him. Now almost all of those spots have turned light brown. We also had a Cairn Terrier once who was dark brown when we got her, and by the time she died she was almost blonde.

yes, dogs fur does change color. not usually drastically. you will notice this over the whole life of your dog.

Yes, I have a solid black pup & by 8 weeks his ears & under coat turned brown. I love chocolate cockers as much as black, so I'm happy either way he turns out!

Yes, my dog was brown and white, then light grey and white, and now at 6 years old he is white and dark grey!
