I also see they've found fossilized remains of sea creatures . So I guess these creatures never got out of the ark until they died . Kinda defeats the purpose of saving 2 of each.

it could be, it couldn't be. I mean, how many ships have ever sailed in that area in all of time? Got to be a lot, right?

Maybe the sea creature thing was evolution, or those animals died out before the flood, or something (whether you accept God or not, there is historical reference in the world that there was a guy who might have been named Noah who, when there was a huge flood, packed up some animals, a floated around on a vessel of some sort. Whether this is relevant to any religion or not doesn't really matter.)

Couldn't get to the article, would love to find out if this is the site they had such a hard time getting to for so many years. Even if it could be proven that they'd found the ark, the athiests would come up with some excuse or another.

One thing that's interesting about Noah's Ark, when God told him to pitch it, He said to pitch it on the inside as well as the outside. If any of you know anything about boats, you put the pitch on the outside to waterproof the boat. Why would God tell Noah to pitch both sides? Could it be that God told Noah to pitch both sides to preserve the wood so the Ark can be found one day, in God's time? There's no reason to pitch the inside of the Ark unless God wanted the wood perserved for a reason. We'll find the Ark when God wants it found.

It looks like someone took a picture of a mountain. There's no ark that I can see.

Utter horse-shat. Like every other such "discovery" the christians will run around like chicken little saying "see? we told you so" until some scientists points out, correctlly that it's a fake.
Just like the James Ossuary.

I don't think much of this picture. But I also don't need the ark to bolster my belief in God.
