IS it weird for UR guy to want a relationship not for sex but for an actual relationship when ur 20-21?

Yeah, very unusual, and a bit weird, especially at that age.
He's either gay, or a religious nut. It's not normal for guys that age, to abstain from sex. He needs seriously looking into.
