every girl starts puberty at a different age, how is this a right or wrong question?

Thanks for clarifying that. Girls usually start puberty around 12 although I've heard of girls starting as young as 9 or as late as 15.

Age 12 and when they start middle school. They will age physically by age 12 and mentally when they enter middle school. Young girls who want to be teenagers and teenagers who want to be grown women.

A female should be learning, growing, and changing her entire life.

depends on what you mean by "growing" eg toenails and hair grow till you die and then some
