I think if you eat lots of fruits and vegetables high in vitamins around your small daily meals, and take a multi-vitamin every day you should be good without help of diet products, eat alot of extra things good for you, and a little of fatty foods and it rounds it out.

None. No vitamins have ever been shown to have such effect.
(And believe me, they've tried!!)
